I don't know if you like ...Sounds frustrating! <br />I don't know if you like a backpack or pannier, but I have this Topeak pannier bag and the rack and rain cover that go with it. I also keep my phone inside a kayaking-style drybag but I haven't ever had problems with the stuff inside my bag getting wet. They also have the more traditional looking just hanging panniers, but I thought this one would be better for packing lunch in since I don't have to put the tupperwares on their sides (more spills?) and have been happy with it.
