Not about the training. It's about the dog poop.

Recently there's been rogue dog poop appearing in our front yard. So last night the creative yet passive-aggressive 5 year old in me came out to play. Markers, posterboard, stencils and all.

Lazy dog owners beware (not that I really have a plan. The most I can hope for is that this sign will someday end up here).

HAHA. Nice sign! Just the other day I stepped in it on the side walk because I was too busy looking at twitter and walking. However, dog poo shouldn't be on the side walk

That is cool that you are trying to take control of your poo situation...it is one of my biggest pet peeves, the lack of dog poo picking up....

Sarah careful with the tweeting and walking, could be dangerous!

In January some dog left a deposit right on the sidewalk just at the end of the steps to our house. I was sooo tempted to pull out the sidewalk chalk and write a huge "REALLY?" next to it, but resisted...

@Sarah- TOTALLY agree about the sidewalk NOT being the proper place for poo. I don't know why half the dog-owning population seems to have overlooked that memo.
@Ed - if we didn't live in a family friendly neighborhood, it would've been tempting to put some "stronger language" on that sign.
@Kathy - I DEFINITELY would've gotten out the chalk and written that! Last week someone was too lazy to throw away their coldstone creamery half eaten ice cream bowl and just dropped it on the sidewalk. Someone else in the neighborhood taped a sign to the sidewalk that said "This is not the dumpster." Gave me a good laugh.
